Wrapped Up for Christmas by Katlyn Duncan

Today I am on the blog tour for this feel good festive read from Katlyn Duncan. Thank you to Rachel's Random Resources for inviting me to join the tour and for my copy of the ebook in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

Book Description
It’s the most wonderful time of the year… but not for Angie Martinelli…
Having lost her boyfriend, job, and apartment all in the space of a week, Angie has no choice but to leave California and return to her family in New England.
Determined not to let life weigh her down, Angie finds work at the local mall where she worked as a teenager. After an embarrassing run-in with a handsome stranger, Nick, she’s convinced her luck is about to change.
But Nick has secrets of his own…  and as the first flakes of snow begin to fall, Angie can’t help but wonder if she’ll ever find love.

My Review
This is a brilliant, feel good Christmas read that will really get you into the festive spirit.
Angie is down on her luck and heading back home to New England after losing not only her job but her apartment and her boyfriend too, all in the space of one week. With nowhere else to go, Angie is hoping the stay back at home will only be short term while she searches for another job over the festive season.
It is while staying with her mum that Angie starts to get back into the routine of being home and is soon spending more time with her friend Reese.
When Reese hears about a vacancy that has opened up at the Mall she secret applies for the job for Angie knowing that Angie would be great at the job woking at the information desk, as it's a job she had many years ago.
Angie accepts the job offer that comes her way and is soon working at the mall.
It is while working at the Mall that she bumps into Nick, the handsome stranger who saved her from embarrassment at the coffee shop recently when her card got declined. She was pleased to see him again and there is soon a spark attraction between them both.
Nick enjoys working for his fathers firm and takes his job seriously. He spends a lot of his time alone with his dog Charlie but he does feel like something is missing in his life.
The spark between Angie and Nick is growing and romance blossoms between the pair but with Nick keeping secrets will Angie ever be able to trust anyone and fall in love?
I loved this feel good, festive read from start to finish and I could not put it down. I really liked getting to know Angie. She has really suffered some heartache and it is great to see her starting to let people into her life. The ideas she has while working at the Mall are fab and its great see her supporting others around her. I loved reading about her family too as they sound like such a fun and close unit. I also enjoyed getting to know Nick. he is definitely keeping secrets but they are all for a good reason and the sparks between him and Angie are obvious from the start.
I enjoyed the writing style of this book and I felt it flowed really well.
This is the perfect Christmas read.
