Snowflakes Over Holly Cove
by
Lucy Coleman

Today Im also on the blog tour of this brilliant and cosy festive read by Lucy Colman.
Read on for my review.

Book Description
As the snowflakes start to fall, Holly Cove welcomes a new tenant to the beautiful old cottage on the beach...
For lifestyle magazine journalist Tia Armstrong, relationships, as well as Christmas, have lost all their magic. Yet Tia is up against a Christmas deadline for her latest article 'Love is, actually, all around...'
So, Tia heads to Holly Cove where the restorative sea air and rugged stranger, Nic, slowly but surely start mending her broken heart.
Tia didn't expect a white Christmas, and she certainly never dared dream that all her Christmas wishes might just come true...
Set in Caswell Bay on the stunningly beautiful Gower Coast, the cottage nestles amid the limestone cliffs and the woodlands, where the emotions run as turbulently as the wind-swept sea.
As cosy as a marshmallow-topped mug of cocoa, fall in love with a heart-warming festive story from the bestselling author of The French Adventure.

My Review
I fell in love with this from the first page and read it in one day. This is such a lovely cosy and festive  love story set on The Gower Coast.
Holly Cove is where Tia is sent by the lifestyle magazine she is journalist with after the death of her mother. Tia has found the grieving process so very hard and her boss feels that the change of scenery will do her the world of good. The idea is that Tia spends six weeks at the cottage in Holly Cove writing an article about relationships around the festive season. Little does Tia know that she herself might just find a relationship of her own and find that she doesn't want to leave. There is a brilliant cast of characters within the book that all have their quirks and all become a part of Tia's life.
Tia meets Nic, the owner of the cottage she is renting in strange circumstances and it isn't long before sparks of romance between them begin to fly. Tia is aware that there is part of his past that he isn't willing to share with anybody else but he does start to let Tia in.  There is fisher man Max who lives beside the beach who likes keeping himself to himself. Tia is keen to get to know him better and find out the secrets he may be hiding. There is also Olwen who is the housekeeper for the cottage that Tia is staying in. She takes Tia under her wing and looks after her.
It is also while staying in Holly Cove that Tia reaches out and starts to have a better relationship with her brother Will and his family and decides that they all need to have a magical family Christmas to make some new memories for them all to treasure.
I loved the setting for this fantastic read the way it is described is amazing and I would love to stay there.
I loved this book and I am looking forward to reading more from Lucy Coleman.
