To The Stars and Back by Camilla Isley

Today it is my stop on the the blog tour for this romantic read from Camilla Isley. Thank you to Rachel's Random Resources for inviting me to take part in the tour and for my copy of the ebook in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

Book Description
When Hollywood’s sexiest bachelor meets the girl next door their relationship doesn’t follow the script…
On-screen, Christian Slade is America’s favorite heartthrob. Off-screen, letting romance into his life isn’t as easy. The women he dates all seem to want a piece of his glamorous life rather than his heart, and trust doesn’t come easy for him.
Then along comes Lana. A beautiful rocket scientist who’s also sweet, smart, sexy, and has absolutely no idea who he is. But what will happen when she finds out?
Will their worlds prove too far apart or could love really be like in the movies?

My Review
This is a fantastic romantic read that I devoured in one sitting.
Desperate to escape the paparazzi after a secret meeting regarding a new film, Hollywood film star,
Christian Slade seeks refuge in a supply closet. What he wasn't expecting to find in there was Lana crying.
The two strike up a conversation and Christian is pleasantly surprised to find out that Lana has no idea who he is. the is like a breath of fresh air to him as she isn't trying to impress him, this makes Christian realise that he can be himself with Lana.
Lana explains to Christian that the reason she is crying is because she has just found out that her boyfriend has been cheating on her with her best friend. She decides that she is going to pack his things for hm and ask him to leave the home they share. Christian offers to help her by taking her home.
It isn't long before the two strike up a friendship which then turns into a relationship, but will it all workout when Lana finds out who Christian really is or will it all end in tears and heartbreak.
This is fantastic read that is set in LA and it gives you a good description of the lifestyle of  Rocket Scientist, Lana and the famous lifestyle of Christian. They could not be more different which is why you understand Christian's liking to keep his real identity and lifestyle a secret. Lana is a great character to read and I really enjoyed seeing her grow in confidence.
I loved this book and I'm looking forward to reading the next instalment from Camilla Isley.
